For interior signs, acrylic cut letters continue to be a very popular choice! Dressy, crisp and shiny, acrylic is available in 30 colors (or it can be custom painted), and your logo and letters can be individually custom cut to the height, width and depth (1/8” to ½”) you require. For smaller and thinner acrylic logos, we simply silicone the letters directly to the wall, giving you a clean and tailored look. For larger and thicker acrylic logos, we may add threaded mounts on the backs of the letters, and either flush mount or stand them off the wall.
For exterior signs, both PVC and foam remain the most popular choice! Usually seen from a distance, many clients prefer the thickness of the foam (1/2” to 3”) so it will look very substantial when installed on a building. Foam is the most cost effective when you want larger and deeper letters, and you can dress it up with a layer of 1/8” acrylic, too. PVC is widely used for address numbers (1/8” to 1”), as it can take abuse from birds and weather, and when they get to looking tired, you can freshen them up with a coat of paint!
